How to Measure Your Blood Pressure


hi guys. At this moment I would like to tell you how to measure your blood pressure. It is important to check our blood pressure regularly. Especially for anyone who has hypertension. From that reason we have to do monitoring our blood pressure by ourselves.  I will show you the ways how to check your blood pressure easily. Let's check this out.

First, you have to make sure that you have these two medical instruments. If you don’t have them, please go to lend from anyone who has that. Maybe you can ask from your neighbor or someone who work in medic. You also can buy it if you have plenty money. 

The Blood Pressure Cuff And The Sthethoscope

Second, fit the sthethoscope in each ear.
Adjust your stethoscope’s earpieces
Third, put the blood measure cuff on the upper arm.


Fourth, put the sthethoscope’s bell over the edge of the blood measure cuff.

Fifth, inflate the cuff to 180mmHg. 
Look at the gauge
Sixth, release the pressure slowly by stir the valve.

Seventh, listen the heart beat sound carefully while look at the gauge . The first knocking sound is called systolic pressure. When the knocking sound disappears, that is the diastolic pressure.

Seventh, take off the gauge and release the cuff

Gedung Songo Temple Gedong Songo temple is one of Hindu Temple. It is located on the slope of Ungaran Mountain, Candi village, Bandungan District, Semarang. It has a large area and a beautiful green-grass. As mention on its name, this complex  has 9 main buildings. The distance of each temple is near enough. To visit all buildings, we have to walk around for about an hour. The 9-temples has its own history. The first temple has medium size. Its height is about 4 to 5 metres. It has Yoni without Lingga.
