Women Movement through Nasyiatul Aisyiyah as the Stride to Advance the Social Life in Purworejo

The meeting was held in the second section area.

 

Nasyiatul Aisyiyah was held the montly meeting on Sunday, May 27 2018 in Muhammadiyah Elementary School of Kutoarjo. The speaker was Miss Menik Widiyanti. The meeting was talked about the introduction of Nasyiatul Aisiyah, The Life Guidance of Muhammadiyah people, and knitted practice. NA itself belongs to Muhammadiyah. The member of NA is female people. NA is a community that focuses on society, religion, and social. 

Nasyiatul Aisyiyah has 4 section areas and Muhammadiyah Elementary School was the place for the second section area. The participants are the teachers from Muhammadiyah Elementary School of Kutoarjo, some female students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School of Kutoarjo, Chief of NA branches for second section area, and some female students of Muhammadiyah University of Purworejo.

This organization is a good facility to solve social problems, such as deep trauma, drop out from school because of the financial. It was also established because of many stunting cases in Indonesia. Indonesia is on the fifth position of stunting case. It caused by poverty. NA has program called Zero Stunting Campaign to resolve this case.

Besides, NA also has program to create the productivity through entrepreneurship. Every meeting that was held always provides the creativity practice to improve the participant's knowledge on marketing. On social program, NA has social services and also elucidation. 

The branch chief of NA in Banyuurip, Rima Alifiani, said “NA has branches in every disctrict of Purworejo. All the branches have their own program but usually the main programs are from the Region Head of Nasyiatul Aisyiah Purworejo.”

NA also collaborates with IMM of Purworejo Muhammadiyah University to make religious meeting every Friday for female students when the male students do the Friday pray. The program is called “Kajian Cantik”. There is another program from NA that be held every Sunday at CFD. The program is known as Pashmina. This program is providing the medical official that can help the people to check their blood pressure, body’s nutrient, and psychologist who gives advice for someone that has some problems.

NA also tells how important to give immunization to the babies. There are some programs that  be held from NA to explain the sex education for teenagers by providing seminar. From this program, NA hopes the teenagers will have preparation to face their puberty, to make them realize their responsibility as Muslim, and how to have a good society around them that suits with Islam rules.

Gedung Songo Temple Gedong Songo temple is one of Hindu Temple. It is located on the slope of Ungaran Mountain, Candi village, Bandungan District, Semarang. It has a large area and a beautiful green-grass. As mention on its name, this complex  has 9 main buildings. The distance of each temple is near enough. To visit all buildings, we have to walk around for about an hour. The 9-temples has its own history. The first temple has medium size. Its height is about 4 to 5 metres. It has Yoni without Lingga.
